Fay E. Reber served as the Hurricane City Attorney for more than 25 years before moving to the City Prosecutor. A native of Hurricane, Mr. Reber spent most of his adolescent and teenage years in LaCenter, Washington before attending and graduating from Brigham Young University (Bachelors of Arts1975) and J. Reuben Clark School of Law (Juris Doctor 1979).
After graduating cum laude from law school, Mr. Reber moved back to Southern Utah with his wife and 3 daughters to accept an associate position with the law firm of Allen, Thompson, and Hughes in St. George, Utah, and later became a partner at Thompson, Hughes, and Reber. In 1992, Mr. Reber formed Fay E Reber and Associates and has practiced as a sole practitioner since that time.
Throughout his legal career, Mr. Reber has concentrated his areas of practice in municipal and governmental law, and, in addition to the City of Hurricane, has worked for several municipalities and special service districts in the Southern Utah area.
Mr. Reber enjoys all kinds of music and sports and has completed 24 marathons.
