Hurricane City is seeking a consultant to help update Hurricane City Parks Master Plan. The updated document should contain master planning for Parks, Trails, Open Space, and Recreation. The City is also in need of updating its Park Impact Fee, and this plan should include and Impact Fee Facilities Plan to a standard to enable the City to perform an impact fee analysis.
