The Youth Rally is a leadership camp and scholarship program for youth from Idaho and surrounding states to learn about government, consumer-owned utilities, and the energy industry. Youth work in teams to solve business challenges and political issues.
For one week, youth – representing consumer owned utilities throughout the Intermountain West – converge at the College of Idaho Campus to participate in a variety of activities and classes to promote positive relationships and build skills in leadership, teamwork and perseverance. They also learn about government, public power, the electrical/energy industry and more!
