Welcome to Peach Days 2021 - September 2nd to 4th
Welcome to our 23rd annual Peach Days: A Celebration of our Heritage. We are excited to finally be back this year, after taking a COVID hiatus! This year Peach Days will begin Monday August 30 with free events Monday to Wednesday (August 30 through September 1), and the main event to begin Thursday to Saturday September 2 through 4.
Peach Week Exclusive
To make up for that lost year, the City is funding an extra fun - 2021 exclusive - Peach Week! This year only we will add some free concerts, free food, and free tournaments to kick off our week. Don't miss the Monday David Archuleta Concert at the football stadium (8 pm) with free burgers and hot dogs (6 pm to first 3,000 served) and a pre-show at 7 pm, or the Tuesday night Heritage Concert (8 pm) with our very own John Houston, Nic and Alex Chamberlain, and some free Peach Cobbler (7 pm) to go with it. There will also be free Tournaments: golf Tuesday at noon, and free corn hole and pickleball tournaments Wednesday at 8 am, or free swimming Wednesday from 4 to 7 pm. Our traditional event begins Thursday September 2 at 5 pm when we open with all the displays, quilt show, food commercial and homemade sale booths, carnival, and the continuous entertainment! Again this year we will have three stages of entertainment - and food trucks will be on the lawn with the 3rd stage. Each day that follows will include those basic events, adding a few extras. Friday will open at 10 am with all the favorite events, and add the Peach Days Rodeo at 7 pm, a Foam Dance at 8 pm, and the Movie in the Park - Raya and the Last Dragon at dusk. We will shut down at 10 pm for the evening.
Saturday adds a lot of extra events - the Fun Run (6:15 am) and Hurricane Canal Treks (6:25 and 6:55 am) will start us off, with best parade in Washington County to follow at 9 am. After the parade everything will open back up, including an All Class Hurricane High School Reunion, Home Depot Activity, and the well-loved Pioneer Corner! That evening will be the peach cook-off at 5 pm and the foam dance at 8 pm The entire event will close at 10 pm for another year.
Once again we will turn the 100 South road into a one-way street for safety. Handicapped parking is on the corner of 100 S 100 W Free parking is all along the streets as well as the HHS and Red Brick Church parking lots. (Please do not park in private businesses that post No Parking.) We will also have our traditional shuttles to help us get from our parking places to all the fun!

As you participate in Peach Days you will certainly feel of the heritage of this beautiful valley. This Peach Days celebration, patterned after the "Peach Days" that began as a way for early settlers to market their fruit, has become a treasured celebration for our community and surrounding area. Every year thousands join us from places all over the world to take part in this delightful tradition. We are happy to have you join us as we greet old friends and make some new ones. Peach Days is a great way to top off a summer in our pleasant little Hurricane Valley. Hope to see you there!
