Noise Abatement Request Form
The information requested will help to identify an aircraft that may have operated outside the procedures for the Hurricane Municipal Airport. This could include noise or erratic flying. Sophisticated monitoring equipment has been installed to identify every aircraft that flies in and out of the airport. If you fill out the form completely and submit it, a review process will then take place. If found that an infraction has taken place, the aircraft owner will be contacted, and a follow up email to the person making the submission will be made to communicate the results. All actual submissions will be taken seriously if the form is completely filled out.
