The Hurricane Half Marathon is sponsored by the City of Hurricane and other local businesses. If you're familiar with Sand Hollow State Park, you'll appreciate the beauty and composure of this new route. If you have never seen this area, you are in for a real treat! We hope you will join us this year for our run. This is a runner series race.

***Absolutely no support vehicles or dogs are allowed on the racecourse.***

Location

All participants will meet at the Hurricane City Community Center located at 63 South 100 West in Hurricane. Buses will depart for the starting line promptly at 5:30A.M. for the Half Marathon and 6:00 A.M. for the 5K. The races will begin at 6:30 A.M. and 6:50 A.M. respectively.

You may pre-register for this event in several ways:

In person at the Hurricane City Offices at 147 North 870 West or the Hurricane Community Center 63 South 100 West.

Packet Pick-Up

To avoid standing in line at 5:00 A.M. the day of the race, we are encouraging all runners to pick up their packets early at the Hurricane City Community Center. Packets may be picked up on Friday, April 26th between 11:00 AM & 8:00 PM.

Awards

All racers will recieve a finishing medal. Awards will be given to the top 3 overall in each gender and the top 3 Master finishers in each gender. Age division awards will be given 3 deep. The 5K race will have the top 3 overall in each gender and age division awards 3 deep.
